Autumn Ridge recently under went a Multi- Million Dollar rehab! Installing new roofs, new HVAC systems, new windows, all new exterior vinyl, as well as brand new energy efficient appliances! Autumn Ridge partnered with the Department of Energy, spending nearly one million dollars in rehab to ensure our residents have the lowest utility bills possible. Improvements included insulation of all roofs, pipes and water heaters, exhaust fans, plumbing fixtures, etc. More improvements are planned!
